Who runs Car Log

What Car Log does

• Keeps a service history for each of your cars, from the receipts, invoices and sentences you send it in ChatGPT or Claude, with the original document where you provide one.
• Answers from the saved records: what you spent, when a service was last done, what is due by your service intervals, and what an invoice line said.
• Lets you correct any saved value, keeping the value it replaced.
• Creates read-only share links to one car's history, valid for 30 days.
• Exports a car's records as a CSV and its original documents as a ZIP.
• Deletes one record, or all your Car Log data, when you confirm it.

What Car Log does not do

• It does not read your documents. The assistant you use (ChatGPT or Claude) reads them.
• It checks only that line items add up to the total and that odometer readings are plausible. It does not confirm that a document is genuine or that the work on it was done.
• It does not remind you when a service is due; it answers when you ask. The intervals proposed when you add a car are the assistant's estimates, not the manufacturer's schedule, until you set your own.
• It does not convert currencies; totals are kept per currency.

Values read from your documents

The dates, odometer readings, amounts and other values in a record come from the assistant reading your document or your sentence, not from Car Log. They can be wrong. Car Log marks values the assistant was unsure of and values that fail its checks, but checking every value is yours to do, and you can correct any of them.

Share links

You decide what a share link exposes. Anyone who has the link can see the car's history until the link expires, without signing in. If you include the originals, they see each stored document exactly as it was stored, unredacted, with whatever personal details are printed on it. Car Log has no way to withdraw a single link before it expires; deleting all your Car Log data ends every link.

How your account and data end

You can delete any record, or all your Car Log data, at any time; Car Log deletes only after you type the word "delete", and a deletion cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.

Deleting all your data keeps your account and the connection to your assistant, so you can start again. There is no button to close the account itself: to close it, email support@rsteam.uz and the operator deletes the account by hand.

Liability

Car Log is provided as is. The operator accepts no liability for indirect loss.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
